I bought the following video capture device from Aliexpress and don't have a cd-rom so it was hard to me to find drivers.

Finally I found the right ones. Don't try ezcap116 drivers even that it looks the same as the 116, because the drivers are a mess.
It's the ezca0 170/172 that you can download from here, you also have the Arcsoft software to download from there:

Extract the drivers folder and choose Win8 64 bit.
