I had a problem with the Toshiba mini when after trying to restore it to factory defaults, all data in hard disk gone and I got into efi shell.

The way I fixed it is:

1. Create Windows 10 32bit on a usb flash drive using this link: https://www.microsoft.co...tware-download/windows10
2. Buy an Otg adapter like this, you will need at least a usb keyboard and the usb flash connected at the same time, preferably also a mouse. https://i.ebayimg.com/im...AAOSwR6RZ8Fvv/s-l300.jpg
3. Boot the Tablet, it will start windows automatically.
4. Install drivers from Toshiba site as many will be missing. Even if they are for 8.1 they will still work. Start with the intel platform driver, it will fix the sound card and battery info.
5. At the end you will be left with 2 unknown drivers, one of them is the touchscreen which was the hardest for me to fix.
6. It's goodix touchscreen, I found the drivers here: https://www.catalog.upda....aspx?q=Goodix+Touch+HID , take the latest version.
7. The other one is an accelerator : kionix KXTJ9-KXCJ9-KXTJ2 Driver and can be found here: http://www.kionix.com/downloads
